Team Management

A new Team tab in the top navigation gives administrators control over workspace membership, team identity, and activity logs in one panel. A profile panel shows the team logo, team name, active member count, and pending invitations, and admins can update the name and logo from there.

The Team panel is accessible only to Admin users; standard members and Editors don't see it. Admins can also monitor team activity through a built-in logs section.

User Roles

The workspace now supports three roles. Admin has full control, including managing users and all resources. Editor can create, edit, and delete all items, spaces, and shipments. User can add items and edit only their own, and cannot create spaces or manage other resources.

To change a role, open the Team panel, find the user, and click Edit in the Operations column.

Inviting a New User

Admins can invite members from the Team panel by entering an email and clicking Invite; the user appears with a Pending status. The invitee receives an email with team details and an Accept Invite button that guides them through registration into the workspace.

The registration page shows a tailored message for invited users. Once registration is complete, the status changes from Pending to Joined, and admins can then edit roles or remove members.

Spaces & Items Tables

Both tables now include a Created By column showing which member created each record, multi-select checkboxes, and bulk delete for removing several records at once.

Duplicate Name Warning

Adding a Space or Item with a name that already exists now prompts an overwrite confirmation dialog to prevent accidental data loss.

Import Screens

The Space Excel import screen was redesigned to match the Item import screen, with an updated Excel template. The import results table now highlights name conflicts, and a bulk overwrite option applies changes to conflicting rows in one step.

Shipments Tab

The Shipments tab now uses pagination instead of scrolling, displays the Created By name for each shipment, and adds search boxes to filter and find specific shipments.
